Jessica THomas - Owner and Lead Instructor

Jessica Thomas is an AFAA certified personal trainer and has been actively training and guiding women on their fitness journies since 2012.  She is highly experienced in women’s group fitness and personal training.  She specializes in perinatal fitness and is currently active in continuous education centered around women’s fitness, special populations and nutritional studies.

After moving to the Greenville area from Phoenix in July 2014, she realized there was a definite need for a safe, supportive and kid-friendly fitness outlet for women in the Upstate.  An outlet that allows for women to stay active and make lasting relationships with others as well.  Within 3 weeks of her move, she founded Strong Mamas and since then, she has impacted hundreds of women in the Upstate and has created partnerships with the City of Greenville Park and Recreation, Bon Secours Wellness Arena, Caine Halter YMCA, Runway Park and Haywood Mall in order to offer growth and awareness for her Strong Mamas classes.

In her spare time, she enjoys weight lifting, hiking, watching football, eating good food with good friends and exploring Greenville with her husband Scott and two sons, Ethan and Weston.
